General Return Guidelines

Submit Return Request
You have 5 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. Contact us within this period for return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, accessories, customized items, and flash sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

Return Authorization
Do not send items back without proper return requests. Contact our customer support for return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service.

Ensure returns comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse unacceptable returns.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Items not eligible for return or exchange include customized, personalized, and dyed items, as well as final sale and clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return?

Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Initiate the return process by contacting our customer support. Provide details on the item(s) and reason for return.

Step 2: Pack and Label
After receiving return instructions, pack the item(s) securely with the original packing. Clearly write your order number on the package for easy identification.

Step 3: Ship Promptly
Drop off your package at the local post office. Ship the item(s) within 5 days of receiving them.

Refund Process

Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original payment method.

✲ Note: Original shipping and return shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, complete a return and place a new order of equal or greater value. Contact us for assistance with both processes.

Order Changes (Size or Color)

Contact us within 24 hours of payment if you need to change size or color. Changes cannot be made once the process has begun and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge the significance of ordering a dress for your special occasion, and we have designed our cancellation policy with utmost consideration. We want you to be aware that the majority of our dresses are made-to-order, and once the production process has commenced, the materials cannot be repurposed. Nevertheless, we have some positive news to share:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 1 day.
  • Cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • For cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours after payment, you'll receive an 80% refund, plus the shipping fee.
  • Cancellations made between 72 to 120 hours after payment will receive a 50% refund, plus the shipping fee.
  • Orders canceled more than 120 hours after payment will receive a refund for the shipping fee only.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
