We genuinely want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Not all products fit properly, and thus product returns are a natural element of online retailing.

With that said, special occasion branded dresses, unique apparel items, and most handmade jewelry are traditionally special ordered and limited in quantity. They are also more expensive to process and ship to your home.

Our return policy is in place as the best possible means to fairly reflect the economics of buying, making, and distributing these special products.We hope you enjoy shopping with IFDRESS and thank you for your business.
General Return Policy.

Easy returns within 5 days on eligible items.

You have 5 days to decide if an item is right for you. if you would like to return the item, you must request it within 5 days of receiving the item (Subject to the delivery time in the courier tracking information), Return requests outside 5 days will be refused.

All item(s) must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached. Laundered, smoked in, used and worn items will not be accepted.

We will complete the refund within 7 business days of receiving the return.

✲ We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

✲ As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

✲ We do not accept the rejected package. A 40% refund will be issued back. If you need a return, after you receive it, you can contact us.

How to return an item.

Step 1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Step 2. Please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Write your order number on the package, like IF0818, to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.

Step 3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

Step 4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original way you paid for the order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Note about your delivery address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. In the event of a delivery failure caused by an incorrect address, the package will not be returned to the sender and will be discarded. Any resulting loss will be the responsibility of the customer.

In normal circumstances, an incorrect address will not immediately result in a failed delivery. If we receive a notification of non-delivery from the courier company, we will contact you promptly to obtain the correct address.

Please keep a close eye on your email inbox after placing an order. If there are any changes, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

During the transportation process, your dress may experience some wrinkles due to compression. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but please be assured that this is a common occurrence in online shopping and does not fall within the scope of quality issues. To address this, simply iron the dress, and the wrinkles should easily be removed.

We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers, and we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, slight wrinkling can occur during transit, especially for delicate items like dresses.

Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, Please refer to the table below, if you cancel your order at different times after payment, the amount of your refund will vary:

  • Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid:
    You will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
  • Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid:
    You will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
  • Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid:
    You will get a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
  • ✲ Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.

    If you need to cancel your order, please email for help.

    If you want to change size or color after payment.please contact us in 24 hours after payment. Please note color and size can not be changed once the process has begun. If you really want to change size or color, extra cost would be charged. Please contact us.

    We do not accept returns of custom-size or colour products. because even if they are returned, we can't sell them again in the future ( This is a unique dress just for you).

    ✲ If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Please note shipping, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-creditable upon return. For international customers, we will not reimburse return shipping charges or any taxes/duties if any.
